Designed by French knife maker Raphael Durand the Boker Slack is a slip joint folder based off of the traditional Navaja from the Mediterranean. Reinterpreted with modern materials and construction, the Slack features contoured handle scales over skeletonized inset liners for added rigidity and strength while maintaining a clean, modern look. This version comes equipped with handsome Cocobolo wood scales and a striking Damascus blade.
Brand new, direct from Boker Knives.
Blade: The full flat grind clip point blade delivers serious performance in use while the stainless Damascus steel offers unparalleled visual appeal. The tall blade allows for opening via a pinch grip and maintains the clean lines of the blade without the need for a traditional nail nick.
Handle: Contoured Cocobolo wood handles scales fill the hand nicely supported by inset skeletonized stainless steel liners for a solid build. A stainless steel back spring delivers plenty of tension for safe use on this non-locking slip joint. A hole allows for lanyard attachment while the leather slip protects the knife during pocket carry.
No pocket clip.
Stainless Damascus: Stainless Damascus offers the performance of a modern stainless steel with the striking look of etched, pattern welded steel. Composed of 110 layers of contrasting steel, this material delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and toughness with good hardness for edge retention.
